Video for E-Learning Instructional Design Plan

I developed this instructional design plan (IDP) for an online self-paced web-based training (WBT) on creating video for e-learning. The target audience for the WBT is T&D professionals or education instructors who want to add video to their e-learning courses. The target audience for the IDP is stakeholders. It can be used for varying skill levels and gives the users information on using video for e-learning, including best practices, writing video scripts, accessibility and copyright laws, selecting software, and creating a plan based on various skill levels and budgets. I used Mayer’s Principles of Multimedia to develop this content and best practices for writing learning objectives and designing assessments in WBT. The plan also utilizes self-paced e-learning as it is an e-learning course.
