I created this plan with recommendations on learning technologies for T&D professionals who are not tech-savvy at a growing company that is looking to expand their virtual training options. It was developed by analyzing different areas of learning technologies – benefits, EPSS, job aids, synchronous virtual training, self-paced learning, gamification and new developments, LMS, and instructional design – and putting them together. The T&D staff can use this guide as a starting point to learn about learning technologies and develop a plan to meet their goals. This plan incorporates self-paced e-learning and gamification through recommendations.
